How IPL works
Broad-spectrum light passes through the epidermis and is selectively absorbed by chromophores (melanin or porphyrins/hemoglobin). Thermal conversion disables the hair follicle or improves vascular and pigment-related concerns while integrated cooling protects the epidermis.
